Borderless Devs is a group of 8 English-language job boards: tech jobs in Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Poland, the UAE and Saudi Arabia, and oil, gas & energy, nursing and teaching jobs worldwide.

Who it is for

People who want to work in another country in English: developers and IT professionals, oil, gas and energy workers, nurses and midwives, and teachers.

The boards

How jobs are collected

Every board reads its jobs every day directly from the career sites and applicant tracking systems of the employers it lists. When an employer closes a job or takes it off its career site, it comes off the board at the next daily check.

Which jobs are listed

  • The tech boards list a company only when there is public evidence that English is used at work there.
  • RigJobsDirect, Nurse Jobs World and Teacher Jobs World list job ads written in English. Whether you need the local language for one of these jobs depends on the country and, for nurses and teachers, on the body that registers or licenses you.
  • Every board leaves out ads that ask for the local language at business level or higher. An ad that says the local language “is a plus” is still listed.
  • Visa sponsorship and relocation support are shown only when the ad or the employer says so, never assumed.
  • The salary is shown only when the employer states it. Salaries are never estimated.

Applying

You apply on the employer's own website, from the link on each job. There is no account to create and no fee for job seekers, and the boards never see your CV.
